Providing this website
This website is provided as a static website through IONOS Deploy Now. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection and server-log data. This may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of access, requested file or page, the previously visited page (referrer URL), browser type and version, and operating system. The processing serves to deliver the website, maintain system security and stability, and detect and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and functional provision of this online service.
Log data are retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes and to meet legal obligations. This policy does not state a specific retention period, IP anonymisation, particular server locations, or the absence of processing outside the European Economic Area, because these details have not been verified for the specific Deploy Now configuration.
IONOS visitor statistics
IONOS describes a visitor-statistics feature for Deploy Now that is generated from server logs. According to IONOS documentation, this feature neither sets nor reads cookies; the visitor’s IP address is anonymised immediately after transmission and processed without personal reference. It is currently not known whether this feature is enabled or used for this project. Only if it is actually used will processing take place for statistical purposes and technical optimisation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing described in general IONOS notices for other products is not adopted as a description of Deploy Now.
Scheduling through Calendly
This website does not embed Calendly; it only contains an external link to Calendly. You leave this website only after selecting the link; Calendly then processes data under its own privacy information.
If you request or book an appointment through Calendly, the data you enter there or that arise in the booking process are processed, including your name, contact details, appointment details and, where applicable, voluntary messages. The processing serves to handle your appointment request and to perform or take steps towards a conversation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request; otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the efficient organisation of enquiries and appointments. Please do not send special categories of personal data through the booking form.
Calendly states that it processes personal data in the United States and other jurisdictions outside the data subject’s country of residence. Under its data processing addendum, transfers from the EEA to the United States are intended to rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; if that framework is unavailable as a transfer mechanism, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are intended to apply. The current Calendly contractual documents and sub-processors apply to the Calendly account used.
Google Calendar for appointment administration
Calendly is connected to the controller’s private Google Calendar. When an appointment is booked, booking and appointment data necessary for scheduling are transferred to Google and processed there as a calendar entry. This serves appointment administration and avoiding double bookings. The same legal bases apply as for scheduling through Calendly. Google processes the data under the privacy and contractual terms applicable to the private Google account.
Fonts
This website serves its fonts locally. No connection to Google Fonts is made when a page is opened.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the place of your habitual residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement. Please send requests to the email address above.
